Hi can you ask the group...
Is there a Real estate agent in town that helps their clients declutter and paint their house to get it on the market quicker. We have a month to list our house and could use some help.

Fix & List It Inc. is my company that does this. www.fixandlistit.com
Looking for any house flippers or real estate agents out there who could answer a few questions for me. We bought a home a year ago with the intention to renovate and sell it. Very few renovations have been done to it since it was built 20 years ago and what has been done was DIY and needs to be redone properly. My partner and myself have the knowledge, skills, and tools to do most of the renovation properly and ourselves (will bring in contractors for what we can't do which isn't much). I don't want to put too much money in and not end up getting it back in the sale. We bought for 330 and well maintained or lightly renovated houses in the neighbourhood are being listed for 350 to 370 that are comparable in bedrooms and bathrooms and are selling in under a week. Where we lack knowledge is how much we can safely put in and still be able to sell for a profit. We have a great lot at the end of a quiet court but are struggling with the specifics of the indoor renovation. How do we decide how much money to spend on the interior renovation and how do we avoid renovating it out of the local market??

Hey Jennifer. I run a business called Fix and list it that does exactly what you are wanting to do to the property. Check out my website www.fixandlistit.com for a little more information and give me a call if you want any advice or me to do a walk through to see what would be best to be done. Our average reno cost is around 5500 with profits being well over 27000 after renovation costs on the sale of homes.
