  My friend lives in Edgewater Park and had a partial collapse of her sewer. The collapse is in the middle of street. She called the township and was told it was not their issue because it was in the lateral lines leading to the main. So, she called two companies for estimates and they were both a huge amount. She called ROTO ROOTER and Horizon. Can anyone recommend anyone else? They both quoted approx $12,000 TIA
