  Can anyone recommend an hvac company for residential work? Building an addition and need the duct work ran, yearly maintenance on furnace and a quote for a new AC.

  We needed a new furnace and A/C. Had a number of bids from local companies. BEAM Heating and Air Conditioning in Pitcairn, (412) 372-0686, was by far the best bid.
