Microdermal piercings $55.
Minimum price for tattoos $50.
If you are between 16 and 18 years old and you are getting a tattoo, or are between 12 and 18 years old and you are getting a piercing, you MUST have:
-one of your parents (who is on your birth certificate),
-their ID,
-your birth certificate,
-and you must bring one form of photo identification. This includes but is not limited to a school ID, a passport, a school proof photo with your first and last name on it, a yearbook, or anything else that has a picture and your first and last name on it.
