  Does anyone know anything about a Concord painter who was working in the mid to late 20ies-early to late 30ies? I think his first initial was "T." and his last name was Bailey. He had, I believe, a studio in town and did mostly oils of square-rigged ships at sea and some harbor scenes. It was during the depression and I believe he went to offices and perhaps from door to door selling his paintings.
