Ordering Process
• Contact us on BBM, Facebook, email or Whattsapp.
• We do not stock ALL of our products as we also work on an order basis.
• Provide the following information when placing an order:
o The type of hair 3 types( synthetic,100% Brazilian Remy hair & 100% Indian Remy Hair)
o The colour
o The length
o The style (Clip in, micro ring, fusion bonds, weaves, wigs etc.)
o The quantity
• Please Note: The full amount of your order needs to be paid in full before the order will be placed (due to time wasters in the past).
Payment can be paid in cash personally or by EFT/cash dep, Bank details on request.
• After payment is made and cleared your order will then be placed
• Orders take 2-5 working days to arrive depending on courier
• You will be notified once your order has arrived & is ready for collection.
• Your order can be collected from us in Bothasig only by appointment.
• Postage nationwide at an additional charge of R40 3-5 working days or speed post for R99 24-48hours. You will receive a tracking number and collect at your nearest post office.
• Bulk orders will receive discount (Minimum of 10 orders).
NB: PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CANNOT BE CANCELED.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Actual Hair
All hair is measured when it's straight, which means curly hair will hang shorter, length may differ from a cm or 2.
Human hair is a natural material, Colours of hair can be different from batch to batch, every factory makes are also different.
We can match colour according to photo but there will be no guarantee that we can match 100% to a photo. Our aim is to match as closest as possible to a photo.
Photographs can be different from the actual thing as lighting play a huge part of how the colour shows.
Return/exchange Policy
To exchange a... show more product you may do so within 24hrs from the date of reception provided the following:
- All hair extensions, hair pieces and any other items that go into the hair must be in their original, unopened, unused packaging due to hygienic risks. Hair that has been tried on cannot be accepted for exchange.
- Any merchandise that has possibly been contaminated with any substance that may pose a health risk for the next customer.
- Order number is required
If you return products that is not in its original packaging, or a product that has been opened, worn or used, you will be liable to pay the return postage back to you as they will not be accepted for hygiene reasons.
We do not offer any refunds. We can exchange them if the colour doesn't match or if we have sent you the wrong order.
Why? Too many shops/salons/person in the past have ordered our stock simply to use them as display and even rent out to clients, wear them for a wedding day then want to return it, sometimes after months of having the hair piece.
If there are any defects with the product, we will always gladly exchange/repair/replace in lighting speed.
You can also take a credit note and exchange for anything else.
The following items and services cannot be exchanged or refund:
Any Custom dyed hair on request, or made to order hair extension, hair pieces and special instructions
Any I tip or flat tip hair extension strands as they are custom made per order
Colour sample rings are not exchangeable
Any postage fees or courier fees as well as postage insurance fees
Any other products you wish to exchange must be returned in a sealed condition and in its original, undamaged packaging.
