  Lea Lazaris, Great Start is a government-funded program for early childhood development. One arm of the organization has to do with day care and preschools. You can use the link below to search for day cares. Search the area you want, the type of care you are looking for and you'll be able to read state reports, assessments, etc. Totally worth it. We use an in-home day care and I wouldn't have it any other way. We love our provider. Just make sure that if you go in-home that you do go with someone licensed so that you can claim that on your taxes. http://www.greatstartconnect.org/find-child-care-preschool

He has never been in daycare so as expected, I am a nervous wreck trying to find someone reliable and affordable. He is my only child so this has been quite an adventure lol!
