  I’m not sure if they still do it, but I got my dog neutered in North Bay at the humane society. A day trip, 220$ microchip included. (Might be a little more expensive depending on the weight of the dog!). http://www.northbayhumanesociety.ca/.../fix-your-pet/fees/
