  Has this happened to anyone's cabinets? We live in a Beacon Point Plan 1, and the hinge that connects the front of our silverware drawer fell off a few weeks ago. We are having a really hard time finding the part to fix it, my husband has searched all over various cabinetry websites and made calls to several local stores with no luck. We even tried the website of the company that supposedly built the cabinets for Beacon Point, but they are out of business. Does anyone have any advice or know how/where we can get this fixed?

  Ha! My neighbor Bruno has had two fail. One just yesterday. I spent an hour on the web researching (we have one that is ready to go)... I think McMillan went with the cheapest contractors they could find. Have you had your window seals fail yet? That's next if not, and that company is out of business and so the 10 year window guarantee is null/void. You’ll be stuck with spots and stains between the panes unless you want to replace them on your own. Here is the information about the brackets that hold the face of the drawer on. I have not contacted this company, but perhaps they will be able to help purchase or provide a distributor that can send you brackets. Here is an email I previously sent: Finding these brackets was difficult. The system is not common and imported. The components are hard to find and I'm not sure easy to order over the internet. I found a parent company in the USA which imports and has the brackets and here is their web page.
