  Kind of a rant and need some help if possible.. Over a month ago now I had a gentleman (I use this word loosely) come and rip up about 4 feet of laminate flooring that was damaged. He was Supposed to come back the next week to replace it and never showed up or returned my calls. I was going to pay him $100 to do the job (it's a very small area) and he has really irritated me at this point. Any suggestions on someone local (Yulee/Fernandina) to finish the job??
