Jasper climbing info is difficult to come by. At least accurate info is. As always, the most reliable source is to drop into Gravity Gear (the climbing store) in Jasper, and if you're in luck, run into Dale who is a walking guidebook. They have topos of most everything in the area. They're open 10-6 seven days a week. You can buy the out of date guidebook "Jasper Rock" by Dave Robinson at Modern Mail in Jasper. Modern Mail is a stationary/business supply store that also happens to rent satellite phones and SPOT (just so you know). They will give you a photocopied guidebook in a duotang for like $10. Most of the information is somewhat out of date, but it can still be helpful. There are also several large errors in this guidebook (Ashlar's Ridge routes are mixed up for example), so beware. Online resources: Hidden Valley: http://www.rescuedynamics.ca/jasper.rocks/Hidden01.htm Good info on the sport areas (The Lost Boys, Juno Wall, Rock Gardens, Watchtower): http://www.summitpost.org/jasper-hinton-rock-climbs/365013 Bedson Ridge: http://www.rescuedynamics.ca/jasper.rocks/Bedson.htm Ashlar's Ridge: http://www.summitpost.org/ashlar-s-ridge/505222 Cyril is working on a guidebook which would be an absolute cover-all guide to Jasper (so I've heard). Everything from single pitch sport to multipitch trad to big alpine. And all the obscure stuff too. In quite a comical way though, the website still says that the book is going to go to press in 2006 so I'm not holding my breath for it to come out very soon. It's a bit of a touchy subject with him...
