So... I've been coping with volleyball-related lower back pain for about a year now. I've been trying to be good about stretching regularly (and want to be better about some PT), but I also want to explore other options such as sports massage therapy. Does anyone have any good recommendations for a sports massage therapist in Seattle? On that note, any other tip to avoid lower back re-injury (e.g. PT, chiropractics, hitting/landing tips, etc?). I'm ready for this to go away. Thanks all!
