I employ a lawn service on a yearly contract that does a great job on the lawn & with pest control; however, they refuse to go into the bark-filled beds to spray THOSE weeds. Is there such a thing as full-service lawn care that includes weed control in landscaping as well? Am I asking too much? I'm just not able to go out & pull weeds all the time nor can I afford to employ a "weeder" on a regular basis. My budget is maxed out with a monthly mowing service & the yearly service for pesticides & fertilizing. I've thought of grassing in most of the "bark" areas as a solution, but I'm looking for alternatives. Any suggestions are welcome.
