  I also got very tired of the rudeness at TrailerCare. The owner, John, ran a nice and needed business for many years, but sadly he's not involved as much anymore and his daughter is just awful to deal with. I used Progressive Automotive in Hamilton for my last inspection and they were wonderful. I was referred to a guy named Bob McIntosh of Rockdale Farm in Berryville who has been great for any trailer specific work that has been needed. He's a lot less expensive and very detail oriented and safety aware. His number is (540) 955-1930. Have always heard great things about TrailorBoyz too, but they are further for us so haven't used them myself.

  Bob McIntosh in Berryville - 540-955-1930. Have also heard great things about Taylor Boyz (as mentioned above!). I no longer use TrailerCare....for many reasons.
