  Welcome to home ownership.....just wait there will be plenty more to do as the month's and year's roll on. But in any case contact Mr Soleheim who lives in Millville 502-695-7235. He has done roofing his entire life and has done our roof, my parent's roof and others....does excellent work and costs are reasonable.
