  Any strong recommendations for builders to build a double storey rear extension to a detached property with a possible loft conversion. My brother in law and sister have desperately been looking for reliable builders, i mentioned this wycombe facebook group to them as a good source for contacts. They are still not sure whether they want to go for one building firm to undertake the whole job, or whether they want to personally oversee separate parts of the job undertaken by specialists in each role - recommendations either way would be very helpful!!
