  I see Dr Tanner.@Southwestern eye clinic.He does a very good exam. He is located. In Maryvale. Been going to him for 2 yrs.5251 W.Campbell.phx. 85031 Ste201.. 623-846-7603..you can get all vaccinations@Maricopa Medical clinic. On 18 th St. & Roosevelt.no appts needed.
