  Any recommendations for where to buy a dark, fine mulch for my garden beds? Need to regain my sanity this year as the weeds have been taunting at every turn. Pacific Topsoil's reviews are awful (yelp reviews indicate bad customer service and questionable quality,) but not sure where to look next. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

  Would stay away from Pacific Topsoil's completely. We are planning on getting some Fertile Mulch from Topsoil's Northwest located in Snohomish, WA. http://www.topsoilsnw.com/
