  In short Sabih Hassan - learn as much as you can and apply that knowledge. If you need help on starting out - find another investor who is maybe a year or 2 ahead of you as their knowledge will be fresh as to what works today - not what worked 5 years ago. You don't have to spend fortunes unless you want to. Jackie and I spent over £30 k and still spend on trainings now - was it worth it? Yes it was - we recouped more than 10 times that in the 2 years we have been property investors. There are many on here who can help you (and yes I'll put myself and Jackie Reeves Law forward as those who can through our coaching and mentoring programmes - but we don't sell trainings!).
