  Dog Trainer recommendations? I have a 2.5-year old beagle/terrier mix. She's super-friendly but very high-strung, and acts out when certain dogs walk past, or when skateboards and other things zoom by. I'm able to control her and walk her, but am afraid to give her to others or introduce her to walkers, since she's a bit unpredictable. I'm looking for a trainer that could help me get her to relax on walks, and be generally chiller. I live in the Ft. Greene/Clinton Hill area but could travel to most nearby neighborhoods if required.

  Anyone have recommendations for doggy boarding in the neighborhood? In the past we've had Jen Strum (also a local trainer) stay with Ernest. Jen is awesome and I'd highly recommend her. I only ask because we may need to leave Ernest a little more often over the next few months (and occasionally on short notice) so I'm trying to get a few different options lined up. We have a temp test at Buddy's tomorrow as well. Anyone else have reccos?

  I use the Confident Dog and can't recommend them enough. Such fantastic people -- I've never had a better dog walker or place for my dog Maggie to stay while I travel.   the Confident dog in bed stuy has worked with the rescue I volunteer with as well as a bunch of recent adopters. I've heard great things. :)
