  I need preferably a real estate and perhaps an asset protection attorney to help me with four situations: 1. I have to send a foreclosure letter to a buyer I have that I’m holding a note on a commercial property. 2. I need help with dividing at least one property that I have in Cleveland. It is on three acres and I want to split it into two properties of 1.5 acres each so I can put a trailer on the other half to get additional rent. 3. I want to set up a new LLC with a new investor/lender. 4. I’m selling a property and I need to do a closing with a buyer and I don’t want to pay for title insurance. Speaking of closings…I have a property under contract that I can’t get clear title on. There is a person missing in the chain that can’t be found, may be dead, who knows. Does anyone have a title company that may be able to get it closed? Or any thoughts/recommendations?
