Don't know if we need the same service (I had a pipe leak inside the wall), but I had Integrity Restoration, 770-966-9987, Steve Woodward (water damage or mold issues) come out to give me a free estimate. Stephen Perras of our neighborhood recommended All South Restoration 770-409-0999 who gave me a ballpark over the phone. Barb Dalton's husband works there.

  Does anyone have a water damage contractor they recommend? I have one estimate, but need at least one more. Apparently, my washing machine hose had been oozing a leak at the faucet for some time and I didn't discover it until I saw the leak on an exterior wall. Not sure if there's any mold, but it will require tearing out the walls and floor of the laundry closet to find out for sure since the closet was an addition already created when I bought the house, and sits on its own perimeter of concrete blocks. Entrance to the interior crawl space for the closet is through a floor panel. Even if no mold is present, I suppose I need to have it dried out and confirm that framing has not been compromised. Then there's the exterior siding that is damaged. Sigh.

  Hi Neighbors, Does anybody have a recommendation for a company that does drywall/finish work and painting? Because we will be submitting the receipts/invoices for the work to insurance the company must be a licensed establishment and not like a neighborhood handyman-type business (sorry, we appreciate you guys too!).
