  I've definitely got someone we JUST used. It is Paws & Claws MOBILE grooming 818-347-2452. They call the cat guy, Jamal, the cat whisperer and he was very gentle and kind to our very old (16 1/2) Ragdoll, very hairy cat. Full of dreadlocks and matts and he shaved him all down to an itty bitty baby boy and he was worth every dime of their fee ($90, plus I tipped him, he is not the owner). You will not be sorry.........

  Ok, we used "Paws & Claws" groomers in Woodland Hills who has a mobile unit and the guy, Jamal, who does it, is THE cat whisperer. Our 17 yo "Bob Marley" cat was shaved and bathed in our driveway and I was EXTREMELY HAPPY. (not sure how the cat felt :) No having to schlep him to a groomer in the carrier with him crying. It IS pricey to do a cat with the mobile guy ($90 + tip) but I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Phone number for them is 818-347-2452
