House is only 2 years old the past couple days a smell from the vents on the end of the house smells like a dead rat or something is in it. We have Orkin but they said they did not cover that.   We were pleased with COIT 1-800-367-2648. I have used them twice and both times they did a very good job. The only issue I had was that the second time they were late in showing up for an appointment, but when they did arrive, they did a very good job.

  I can't answer all your questions but I have used COIT.COM. They installed my DirecTV and my antenna. I think they did a good job and am very happy with what they did for me.
