  We used Busy B and I loved the guy! Older gentleman reminded my of my Grandfather! Call Brady Landscaping for the Sprinkler Love him! Honest! Great Family! I also know an older man who's wife died after a tragic accident they were in. He can do the deck and maybe paint. Not sure if he is fast but meticulous. Just have him bid the job not based on time.
