  I am really frustrated to have work available and can't get it started. I have managed to get two builders to come and look at the job but only 1 quote back after 6 weeks and it is astronomical! Does anyone know a licensed builder who they can recommend that doesn't take months to do a quote and could start sooner than later. Feeling very frustrated to have money to spend, and work available but can't get past first base! Sorry for venting but I need a reliable builder available in the next two weeks or earlier.
