  Ok, we're having our reception at Carillon Park. They have a list of approved caterers. If you want a different caterer you can still use them as long as they're licensed and insured and you pay a $500 fee. Our problem is that the caterers on the list are, let's just call them high end. We are on a budget and would like to see what other options there are. Does anyone have any recommendations for a caterer that could do a buffet style with decent varieties and cost less than $1500 for about 80 people?
