I'm looking to set up some scheduled pest control, and was looking for any recommendations folks may have being more familiar with the area.   I'd recommend heading into your local Bug & Weed (http://bugweedmart.com/) mart store and learning to do pest control yourself. I was paying $60/month for someone to come spray inside and outside until a friend recommended Bug & Weed mart. They've been great. I spend $60/quarter after having purchased the equipment and pest solutions.

  A while back we bought a sprayer and bug spray from the Bug and Weed Mart. We never had an issue with pests and it was super cheap :https://www.facebook.com/bugandweedmarttempe
