  I need a recommendation for a land surveyor, to establish property lines for purposes of installing a fence for a crazy neighbor. I've contacted the original surveyor of the development's plot plan, who was quick to send me a quote and want money up front with a couple months wait for the work to be done.. but I've emailed several times with questions and no reply so I am now looking elsewhere to give my business.
