Like u know I haven't been here long myself, so don't know direct answers to ur questions... but chk out koreaontherocks.com as well as ulsan online - sports section which if I remember correctly may have info about the bouldering centres... I been told there are two in the city, one is near city hall. See u climbing one of these days.
