  I know it is not Seal, But surrounding area...TGI Friday's at Westminster Mall...I held a reception there for 60 people in the back. The staff was wonderful and the pricing was amazing. I decorated myself and they were so helpful with the set up and food recommendations. No fee for it, just food priceing!!!
