  Found theses on google, maybe go look them up: www.claims-SOS.co.za, www.multiprof.co.za/insurance_ombutsman.htm. Also have a look at your insurance policy. I think some where at the back there are contact details for the ombutsman. Hope you come right hunny. Really not the best way to start your Saturday :(
