  RM, I have a great guy that owns his own business who has done our house for years. Danny with Swarm Raider Pest Management, cell 361.945.0344, office (wife!) 361.850.3644. Gentle Christian man. Very dependable. Much less expensive than our Pest Fog contract. Carpet cleaning - I know one of the managers at work highly recommends a company in town. I can get the info tomorrow and let you know. Congratulations on your new home!!!
