  There is also a bar called Copa which does your usual pub grub (http://gkpubs.co.uk/pubs-in-reading/copa-of-reading-pub/) we have been there a few times. There are also all the regular chains - Zizzi, Ask, Prezzo, Pizza Express, Strada, Bella Italia.
