  Went to Doctor this morning to seek referral on healthcare plan for my 2.5 year old as I am struggling and need help with making sure he is nutritionally balanced etc and he refers us to child mental health unit saying possibly on spectrum and likely a form of Aspbergers. Well I looked up Aspbergers and Eli has NONE of the symptoms! I have found a local Dietitian and wonder if there are any other Sunshine Coasters here who may have seen her with their children - Kerrie Hill at Figureate. We had him on FULL elimination and his behaviour was dramatically different but he was losing weight but I then failed at the failsafes (ddnt read it properly but then got confused when you take amines etc into consideration) and am all in a tither.

Tracy Gaze when I say failed I was using the failsafe shopping list and only looking at the salicylate ratings and some that were neglible were amine high etc and then I would get all cofused and wonder if he could have it and realised I should be doing elimination as we dont know for sure it was sals only etc or if we should even be doing fodmap cos he is lactrose inmtolerant yet cant have lactose free yoghurt but thenhe can if he hasnt had a banana for a week. Its bloody hard, I am seeing the dietitian next Thursday super relieved we didnt have a long wait

I'm after clag, paint, coloured paper, stick on things, all things crafty etc etc. Does anyone know of craft supplies places or anywhere i can get these items cheap? Reject shop has some stuff but quality not great and buying individually even from the reject shop is a little $$$y.
