  Anyone know a local plumber that does grinder pump repairs? Our privately owned, 3 yr old grinder pump ($2600) alarm went off, slight smoke from outlet. Installer of pump, Fremire & Associates, wants $175/hr to travel to and from Randallstown outside of Baltimore, then $175/hr to look at it, plus parts for weekend rates. Weekday rates $115/hr for travel, plus same for hourly labor. Help! We pump our water/sewage up hill, not so good! Roto Rooter is coming out for free, give an estimate.... Any other experience with this? Thanks...
