  We have a couple referral requests. One of our community members needs someone who can fix the broken hinges on several exterior doors to their home. Have any suggestions? We also have a community member whose friend is moving to Loveland and needs a 2 bedroom home rental that will allow dogs; either recommendations for realtors to help her or any listings you know of.   We are moving out of our 2 bedroom/1 bath townhome at the end of August. It will be available September 1 st. Rent is $675 and dog rent is $15/each dog up to two dogs. The townhome is located on 29 th and Sheridan. We are only moving because we bought a house.
