For very sensible, very affordable, and unbeatable location: http://ruskinhotel.reserve-easy.com/ For zany-town: http://www.pavilionhoteluk.com/ I've visited friends who were staying at Ruskin and it's totally solid -- nothing spectacular but for the price/location can't be beat. Heard mixed things about Pavillion but have always wanted to check it ou!
