  My favorite has been Orderville Canyon, although it might be pretty cold water in april. I recommend taking a shuttle to the start and doing the whole thing "top-down". This site has good info on it, http://www.citrusmilo.com/zionguide/ordervillecanyon.cfm . Heard great things about subway also but hard to get the permit. East rim and west rim are also great.
