  Moving to Chicago soon, looking for a Realtor to help find an apartment. So my job is moving me to Chicago in the next 4-6 weeks, and I need to find an apartment. I've been doing the Craigslist thing, but without being in the city to go see a place, it's hard to get solid leads. I currently live in the DC area, and can't make more than one trip before the move. Anyone know of a good (preferably no fee) Realtor in the city? EDIT: thanks for all the info, everyone! I really appreciate all the advice! I'm really looking forward to moving, and finding a place to live has been pretty stressful.
