  Kirsty J. wrote: The Office staff answering the telephone do not have sufficient training. This poor training leads to misinterpretation of clinic policies and in our case led to us being denied service even though we are fully insured. The training and knowledge of the front office staff is any practices first impression and I am very glad I did not take my child here. Just for the record they do accept the insurance company we have ins with however their lack of training as to how medical insurance works led to them refusing to see my fully insured child unless I brought her in as a cash patient, this had nothing to do with the amount they would paid by the insurance company verses how mush as a cash payment it was purely based on lack of knowledge on their part.
