  I have a question I need some help please. Without going to much into the issue at hand. I feel that my status (ANG) is hampering my civilian employment. Since I have come back from TDY in OCT my employer I feel has fell short on DOL regulations governing employment for returning members. I live in New York, what I am requesting is contact info for a lawyer that will be able to help me or gain clarification.
