  I don't know or even recommend any agents, you can apply yourself. Generally people are saying that it is taking between 2-3 years now. Easiest way is to come to Canada on student visa, then finish degree and obtain work permit. You can easily get PR from within Canada. Visit: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp
