  Oh, and I use WPEngine for some wordpress sites - liking them a lot although they lock down the file permissions pretty tightly so it's almost the opposite of Fasthosts where you can do anything at your own risk. With WPEngine you get to run Wordpress (very well) but you'll need workarounds if you want to go off piste in terms of what you do - you can have a UK IP address with WPEngine. WPEngine is billed as being fast - to be honest I've not found it to be THAT fast but it's cheaper than a VPS and means you don't need to be too technical as all the optimisation is done for you. If you want to compare performance, my Buzz Conferencing site is on a fasthosts VPS with 3GB of RAM and my London Translations site is on WPEngine (I still have some work to do to optimise some of the on page code but you will at least get a feel for the difference) http://www.buzzconferencing.co.uk/ http://www.londontranslations.co.uk/
