  Can anyone recommend a good place to get a tattoo? I've been thinking about getting a tattoo for a while now, but I have no idea where I should go so any ideas would be appreciated. I am in North Sac, but am frequently in midtown & downtown. I want to get "I am who I choose to become" on my ribs, any ideas on what the cost for that might be would appreciated as well. But just a quote like that is probably not something you need a particularly talented artist for. Find someone that knows how to spell. Cost will be dependent on size, but I'd ballpark 200 bucks.
