  Best quality dark chocolate you can find (Lindt 80% for supermarket ventures, though I personally recommend Msr Truffe's 64% Madagascan http://monsieurtruffechocolate.com/project/64-madagascar). Very hot milk. Combine, stir, drink. Optional: shot of your finest hazelnut or coffee liqueur. Or my ultimate fave... big-assed glass of milk in the nuker for 1.5 mins, then five heaped tablespoons of Milo. Stir and enjoy with a side of 12 Timtams.
