  I can recommend Milek Design on Hoża 40 (http://www.milekdesign.pl/). I picked this place particularly because I needed hair stylists who speak English (my boyfriend doesn't speak polish). Just make sure to say that when you book an appointment (tested Tina and Weronika so far and we've been very happy with the service).

  I had the same problem with hair cut and finally found two options: 1) Milek Design http://www.milekdesign.pl Very good. I'm doing hair cut there and colouring (including big change of colour once). You need to get appointment there and may have regular master there. 2) If I need to colour the roots quickly, I may recommend K&L hair design group http://www.hairdesigngroup.pl. They are good in small refreshments and will not screw up the colour. However I don't recommend to do a hair cut there. I didn't like their technique.
