  Hello, Phoenixville people. Can anyone recommend a local handyman or contractor that might be willing to take on a small project? I have a leaky window that may need new capping or some other fix in the North Side. I had someone lined up, but they've blown me off because they are based too far away and my project is to small. I found him last year when my elderly neighbor had a minor plumbing problem. He was great, he actually came out on new years day to fix the problem so my neighbor could turn his heat on.
