  Irene O. wrote: My KitchenAid refrigerator was running but not cooling. It was very easy to get in touch with Dorian and he made time on his schedule to be sure to get to me on the same day since it was important to get my fridge working. He analyzed and inspected the function of the unit much like a physician. He meticulously cleaned all the vents and concluded that it was simply a matter of lack of adequate air-flow. And he was right! He spent a lot of time and only charged us for a service call which was more than fair and touched base the next day to find out how my fridge did overnight! Better than a doctor! Highly recommend!!

  Yes. Dennis and Chris are correct about the gas and electrical connections. Safety is most important in this type of situation. My primary specialty is in the repair of the appliances. It's very rare that I install them mainly because usually the company that they were purchased from hauls the old ones away and installs the new. First please be very careful when removing the dishwasher toe panel aka kick plate if you suspect a leak. Also verify that the Dishwasher is in fact on its own breaker.
