Why Gardens and Grass?
Gardening is a passion of ours, we find it relaxing and so rewarding – from admiring the first flower on the hibiscus, to discovering a new shoot on a recently planted cutting, enjoying our own home grown sweet corn and picking roses, agapanthus, or blossoms from the grevillea trees to place in a vase indoors.
We believe gardening
• is something anyone can enjoy and participate in regardless of age, ability, knowledge or skill
• is not restricted by a huge backyard, a courtyard of a unit, a window sill in a high rise apartment or acreage
• can be for your own pleasure or for the pleasure of others
• does not always have to look picture perfect, it is about what you like, how you want it to look and how you want to use your garden
• is something different to all gardeners
and that’s okay!
